The Board of Trustees has negotiated for a lease to use the convent building at John Carroll School. This location, within the town limits of Bel Air, is on the school's beautiful eighty-seven acre campus with parking and a naturally safe environment. The conservatory houses approximately 9,000 square feet of space which includes:

•Eighteen (18) teaching studios/practice rooms. Each room has: approximately 100 square feet of space its own heating control its own window which opens Storage closet and a sink. These rooms serve as teaching spaces for private lessons and smaller music groups. Some of these rooms also serve as practice rooms for students.

•Three (3) classroom/ensemble rehearsal spaces. These classrooms are approximately 425 square feet each. Two of the classrooms can combine into a performance space of approximately 900 square feet.

•A fully equipped kitchen to service donor receptions, concert intermissions/receptions, fund raising events, and for general use by faculty and staff. Students may have a limited access to the kitchen as described in the Student Handbook.

•Other spaces include reception area, instructor work space, storage space, meeting rooms, an outside balcony, and porch area.
